Just to add that I have always found your service to be outstanding e.g. a recent post-Christmas purchase was sent out immediately your offices opened again.

I wanted to thank you so much for such good service before Christmas, regarding my faulty fairy lights. You don't see good service very often these days and I have forwarded your company name onto lots of my friends. We have a circle that always passes around the names of great companies to each other simply because most are pretty awful when it comes to doing things decently and honestly, it's so nice to find one that does and so we note them down and always use a recommended firm first when buying things.
